A very productive workout day although a lot of improvement can be done.

Ankle and shin raise – 3 sets of 10
Side plank – 2 sets of 5 seconds (each side)
2KM of jogging
Getting back in my training regime. So I have to start small and I’m proud of myself cause i did 2KM jog non-stop. I know it wasn’t much. But I never thought I can jog that far without stopping.

Because I don’t have enough time updating this blog, I’m thinking of making a video blog. I’ll still be writing if I have a free time. So, this Vlog will be solely on my workout session, parkour practice or anything that related to parkour. I’ll be using Canon Ixus 9515 with 640p and edit using Windows Movie Maker. Not so professional, I know !
